Transfer (シツミン, Shitsumon) is the one hundredth and fifty seventh chapter of the Nisekoi series, written and illustrated by Naoshi Komi, and published weekly in the magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump.
Summary[]
On the week after returning from Kyoto, the teacher of Bonyari High School's Class 2-C, Yui Kanakura, announces the departures of Chitoge and Tsugumi from her class by the end of the week. The news is understandably not well received. Upon returning home, Raku immediately consults his father, who responds that the Beehive are pulling out of Japan earlier than expected, as the ceasefire has been honored. Chitoge, upon returning home herself, is not happy that she's been told to move out. Her father says it would mean reuniting with her mother in America and spending more time together as a family.
The next day, Kosaki is inconsolable as she demands for an explanation. Ruri is also saddened but understands Chitoge's reasons for leaving. However, Marika does not hide her glee at the news. Even Yui is sad to see Chitoge leave, as her class decide to throw a farewell party for her and Tsugumi. Raku maintains a blank expression as he looks on, and even Shu starts to worry. Nevertheless, Raku is there for Chitoge as she sheds her sorrows on the school roof. While Chitoge initially assumes Raku is relieved that he no longer has to pretend, she soon sees that it's not the case, with Raku unable to look at her properly.
When Chitoge returns home, she immediately demands to stay in Japan. Her father refuses, as they are unable to guarantee her safety. When she holds up Tsugumi as a means of protection, Tsugumi then admits that due to the way the Beehive has been operating, she can't protect Chitoge by herself either. At the same time, Raku is at home looking at his locket.
