Necessity (ヒツヨウ, Hitsuyou) is the sixtieth chapter of the Nisekoi manga series written and illustrated by Naoshi Komi, published weekly in the magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump.
Summary[]
Raku changes into a work outfit and becomes Hana's secretary. Hana immediately loads Raku with tons of work,and while looking through Hana's schedule Raku notes that Hana is really amazing, with such a hectic schedule and working with people all around the world. They go to a meeting with a famously large company, and the CEO begs at the feet of Hana for forgiveness for their mistakes. She ends up stepping on the CEO and berating him. Hana then gives Raku permission to call her "Hana-san". Hana then orders Raku to get her a Coke within three hours. However, while he is at the vending machine, she orders him to travel all across Tokyo to buy her exclusive things that are only sold in Tokyo/Japan. She says that if he fails, "death won't suffice" for his punishment.
Raku finally arrives with all of the goods, but Hana tells him that he is 30 seconds late. She scolds him for being late, saying that his time lost is her time lost, and that she can never get that time back. Hana then goes to a meeting next door quickly by using a grappling device to get there quickly.
Meanwhile, Chitoge is walking alone around the street. Raku calls her when he gets a break, and asks her if she's okay since she seemed disheartened. Chitoge tells Raku to stay out of her business, but Chitoge confesses that she is afraid that her mother does not care about her at all. Chitoge says her mother never remembers her birthday, and that Hana doesn't want to spend Christmas with her. Raku encourages Chitoge to ask her mother to spend Christmas with her, and leaves to go back to work.
Chitoge musters up the courage to call her mother, and when she attempts to ask Hana to spend Christmas with her, Hana dismisses the request and says that Chitoge should spend Christmas with her boyfriend. This leaves Chitoge depressed, and Raku overhears the call. Raku questions why Hana did not accept the invitation, and Hana explains that she was busy and had already made plans. She also shares her belief that those with talent must use it. Raku also encourages Hana to buy a gift for Chitoge, but Hana says that he should not bother.
Hana then orders a frustrated Raku to go back to work, while in another scene, we see a depressed Chitoge remove her ribbon.
