Lending and Borrowing (カシカリ, Kashikari) is the fourteenth chapter of the Nisekoi manga series written and illustrated by Naoshi Komi, published weekly in the magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump.

Kosaki is ready to tell Raku her true feelings, but a baseball smashes through the window and disrupts them. Kosaki dismisses her confession and walks out. Raku wonders what Kosaki was about to tell him and concludes it might be his nose hair sticking out. After school, Ruri waits for Kosaki at the gate to check if there was any progress. Kosaki reports she couldn't do it. Ruri scolds her but had expected it to happen. She acknowledges Kosaki had done her best and that she shouldn't have pushed Kosaki to confess so quickly.

Kosaki reflects over the event and feels relieved that she couldn't confess to him and finds their current relationship fine for now. Meanwhile, Chitoge thinks about the promise she made to a boy in the past, but forgets how he looked or what his name was. Chitoge gives the pendant back to Raku the next day and had actually welded the chains together since they had broken to pay back Raku for saving her at the swimming event.

In an abandoned shack, Claude speaks to someone in the shadows and gives him a picture of their next target: Raku. He believes Raku is a scum and is taking advantage of Chitoge and tells his talented underling that only he can save Chitoge. The underling walks away and claims that he will fulfill his promise he made with Chitoge ten years ago.
